Shipping InformationShipments are FOB Origin.
Standard shipping method is UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested.
All others are pre-pay and added to the invoice.

LipsonnMedical reserves the right to refuse any order.
Product must be unused and in resalable condition in original, intact packaging. All products must be returned within 90 days of invoice date.
All products returned for credit (non-defective) may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee unless contracted otherwise.
All returned products require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning product for credit. LipsonnMedical is unable to accept products returned without an RMA. To obtain an RMA number, please call Customer Service at cs@lipsonn.com Please have the part number, serial or lot number, original purchase order number and the reason for return available when you place the call.
Loaners are available for most instruments for customers in good standing only. Loaner fee may apply.
All instruments returned for service must be cleaned and sterilized prior to return. Please ship both customer-owned and loaner instruments in appropriate shipping containers. The customer is responsible for all shipments until they reach Lipsonn Medical. Insurance is recommended and is the customer’s responsibility.
Applicable freight charges are also the customer’s responsibility.
Warranty ReturnsWarranty is limited to repair or replacement (at the discretion of the manufacturer) of the product without charge. Lipsonn Medical reserves the right to void the manufacturer’s warranty in the event of abuse, misuse, disassembly, alteration, neglect, unauthorized repair, non-recommended usage and/or non-compliance per the Operating Instructions furnished by Lipsonn.
All other expressed or implied warranties are excluded and Lipsonn shall have no liability of any kind for incidental or consequential damages.
